Could use a tiny boost, IMO; I was thinking not getting slowed down when using a slower disguise when you have the knife out (you do slow down when you have the sapper or revolver out though, so you can still pull off a convincing performance). After all, apart from snipers, a spy's biggest prey is anything slower than himself, namely heavies and soldiers. Going after either of these leaves you at a disadvantage after you make your move. I know you move normal speed while cloaked, but still.

Protip: If there's an engie standing behind his level 3 sentry with his back twoards you, do not and I mean DO NOT uncloak with your dead ringer to stab him. The sentry will see you before you stab him and as soon as you take the few steps to get behind him he WILL move/turn around abd shoot you in the face.

The problem with the medic part is that if you backstab while being healed, then the medic can tell your a spy, and can beat you down with some well aimed shots from his gun

The most useful aspect is how you can take down multiple turrets in a room, but can kill the engineers to stop them from sapping your turrets
