love the anime. but lol at the description since copyrights endow the owner with the exclusive right of distribution. the fair use clause is situational, but LEAST effective when the copyright is violated for entertainment or creative purposes.
@isearchforfullmoons Do you think her voice matches her personality in this version? I was kind of used to her English voice. She does sound very mature here, while in the English dub, she sounds like a little joyful girl.
@sonicxisforever I feel she sounds more like an adultthan the youngest of the mermaid princesses, but that's my impression! The voice actress was in her fourties when she played this part, which accounts for the aged sound. I prefer the English dub; I felt the VA (Kirsten Young) there sounded fun at the beginning, but suitably solemn during the later parts. She also sounded young (I cant find her age but since she sounded 50 at most in Sailor Moon she was probably around 30 here if not younger)
@isearchforfullmoons I grew up with the English version, so it will always have a special place in my heart. But there are many noticeable differences(I won't give them away) but some of the obvious ones without spoiling the movie are the bright colors and wide screen(in the VHS a lot of of the picture was cropped)
I agree she does sound more older in this version!
