what kind of stretch worked for you? I have been having back problems for 2 years now and have tried pt, chiro, trigger points. You name it I have tried it. I need relief and was considering prolotherapy. Any info would be helpful.
Prolotherapy, makes money for doctors, did nothing for my thoracic pain. Why would insurance not pay..? I believe it is a doctor scam. This guy is Knowledgeable but that doesn't cure pain. Where is the proof that this really helps? Stretching the area finally releived my pain. It was free.
