Weaver's Healing Touch is different, instead of slowing down time, you gain vitals for each OK/good/COOL you receive, etc.

there are 3 tipes of Healing Touch: The one that slows down the time, the one that raises the vitals and the one that keeps the vitals as they are

why you must left one "blood vessels" after you treat 2 vessels?

Because if he knocks off all 3 vessels at once on each tumor, they could regenerate while he is trying to deal with the other tumors.

if u extract 1 and then leave the other 1 until after, the 1 removed will regenerate. its called a thrombus.
