My niece, who is three, knows this WHOLE song (both parts)and(the background "phantom of the opera"s and Christines Ahh). She also knows the song "Whay Have You Brought Me Here (both parts also) and is learning the song Stranger Than You Dreamt It now. She LOVES this movie, and LOVES "the boy with the mask" =)

i understand if th original cast is too old,

but this is a movie! they can just hire the right actors and add the great voice, eg, of Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman or other better singers...those actors are lip sinching the song anyways...

Just to let you know that the actors are actually singing.  Andrew Lloyd Webber said he would only take part in the film if all of the actors did their own singing.

i KNOW they are singing...but their singing are pre-recorded and had to be digitaly enhanced...so they are lipsynching anyways...plus they singing do not live to their characters. hope that clears it.
