When the prison commander is "nailed" in the head. My favorite, tho yes, it's graphic. This film is high on my recommendation list for cinema about overcoming odds and personal redemption and attaining freedom.

That's funny but also a little sad you had to tolerate her for so long and maybe should have escaped earlier. Hope you are a better man for being free?
the jump of billy in the last seconds of the movie is one of the grateful moment of happyness ive ever seen in a movie,or at least so i felt it

that warden was murdered by a freed inmate outside of the prison. a prisoner he disgraced and beat terribly.
