From what I can hear from this song:

Un-bea-ra-ble is what's spoken, with "ra" said more like "ray" than "ruh".

Un-BEAR-a-ble is what we normally hear when properly said.

They are the real lyrics. Though a lot of the song is sung in Engrish. Ray = Lay / Unbearable = Ubealable and so on. Part of what made the song so great though was that you didn't know what exactly the lyrics were, but whatever they were they sounded majestic. Once you learn the lyrics, the mystery sorta just fades away.
