They changed his character in Frasier, I didn't watch much of Cheers but when I did he seemed like an upper middle class guy that was a little stuck up. In Frasier he was a full-blown pretentious blowhard that liked nothing more than a glass of sherry(which of course, is the character we all love).

In another episode, while comforting a woman whose boyfriend had dumped her after calling his show, he shared his fondness for M&M's and his belief that every color has it's own taste. If Frasier can hold such a stance on M&M's, is it really so hard to swallow that he'd like Dr. Pepper enough to do a commercial for them?

Ironically though, I doubt the real Frasier Crane would endorse Dr Pepper. He would consider it demeaning to his profession. It was good to see him in action one more time though. I'm a massive fan of Frasier & suprised to find this. What i find best about it is the style, the camera angle pan, dark lighting & professional shoot.

This is how i think it'd look within cinema if they did a Frasier Movie, which, Kelsey has admittled wouldn't work & has ruled it out & i'd agree, the style on fraiser wouldn't be good on film due to the live audience, but if they the right script & a bit of a different style it could actually work, and with them all still alive they should.

Yeah I know, he always looked fairly old for his age but he plateaued. If you watch early episodes of Frasier, you will see he looks practically the same as he does now. Whereas David Hyde Pierce, who always looked young for his age, now looks much older than Kelsey Grammer.
