There are some faulty RH3 keybeds on Korg Kronos. Korg hasn't done anything about it yet. The problem is;
My guess to what is happening is....
When the effect (problem) occurs (when we play pianissimo notes), what really happens is that the inside counterweights of the hammer action mechanism rebounce and trigger a second note with low velocity.
That is the felling i get too. I fell a second kick on the key!

In the case of a piano sound we hear a second note with very low velocity and it is almost like the piano mutes.
In the case of the hammond sound, hammond (organ sounds) don't have velocity sensitivity.
All notes have the same velocity, that is the nature of the organ. So what we hear is two notes, one after the other! Just like in my video.
