  • wow ,,,,really needed a lesson to be able to play that.lol

  • Great lesson, though I can't seem to get a chug sound on the second fret. The only way I can get a deep chug sound as you are, is when I have my index finger lightly on the first fret. I'm a beginner, so I don't know if that's correct. But it seems to sound almost like the way it sounds for you.

  • Waaaaaat Alexi is awesome they don't teach beginners so don't be mad cuz u can't do it kid

  • these guys are a joke lol. theyre worse teachers than alexi laiho and he was drunk as shit! this is why deathcore is for talentless pricks

  • @CarnalFearAZ so you dont think you need talent to play this???? your probably just pissed cuz u dont have the balls to pull this riff off.

  • So did Bobby write the entire song? Or mainly just this riff? Anyone know?

  • other dude is bored as fuck

  • what gauge strings are those and whats the tuning?

  • @illskilled1 the strings are D'addario Baritone Light 13-62, and the tuning is drop A#. You can tell how floppy the strings are, in my opinion they need some 14-70 gauges on there.

  • I like the slower version. It sounds more breakdown-y

  • i like the RG but that fucking poplar burl top S series is just gorgeous.

  • @rockerdude29 i got the same one (the S) its sick

  • bearing a serpents lamb

  • w8..is he hitting a B pchord then hitting just the E string?

  • it says right at the beginning "bearing the serpents lamb" r7a4s4

  • what song is this?

  • my name is ravi!!!!!!

  • that sounds like shit

  • It's kinda cool how they move their hands at the exact same time...

  • That is one SICK riff! >:-)

  • Do they use EMG picups and D'addario string?

    Please,reply if someone knows.

  • yes!

  • emg's run with two 9v batteries for extra dynamic but no clue about the strings

  • @Bassaddicted6 the picups are EMG but i dont know about the strings

  • that drop b?

  • drop A# and they use d'addario .013-.062 strings for that tuning.

  • they use 25.5 scale guitars not baritons. bobby is using an Ibanez RGT320 i think in this vid.

  • is it really an Ibanez RGT320. because I'm thinking of getting a new guitar for Xmas.

  • ravi looks uninterested

  • thats prolly why he left JFAC lol he also went to med school so I hear but i think the real reason he looks uninterested is because Bobby took the reins for this vid

  • SIIIIICK

  • that riff is cool as fuck

  • is he palm muting for that?

  • did u notice the video title "CHUG" ?

  • and to answer your question, yes...

  • great men jfac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Job for a cowboy is the shit!

  • wat kind stings should we use for drop A#

  • d'addario .013 -.062

  • 60 on bottom 13 on top for a loose fit but i think they use baritone guitars.

  • Galloping is ace.

  • Nice JFAC on the wall.

  • check out the instructor profiles on the rock house method web site for a full list

  • what tuning is that?

  • anyone know what gauge strings they use or need to drop to A#?

  • ERNIE BALLS (NOT EVEN SLINKY) 12-56

  • D'addario 13-62

  • what is that tning like

  • its drop A sharp/B flat

  • ha, the guy on the right lol

  • anyone know if there is this lesson in full online?

  • there riffs are fucking amazing

  • dude ravi is the man. haha indian guitarists for the fucking win

  • that's my cousin!

  • FRIGGIN SWEET!!!!!

  • wut kind of Ibanez is bobby using??

  • its an Ibanez RGT220A, its sick as hell..but I'm pretty sure they're discontinued
