This is so inspiring... I just had my surgery done 10 days ago. It wasn't at all painful, but I'm a little bit worried about the nipple size and all, but it'll take a lot of patience to see the final result (as we can see). I still have NO feeling whatsoever around the operated area. It might come back. Might not. I don't care, the feeling of going out of the door without a binder, feeling your shirt on your back... It's freedom to me.

I knew someone who was close to losing a breast to Cancer, and she told me that after the reconstructive surgery, they can tattoo the areola. So, you may want to take that into consideration to make your nipples look a little bigger, more male like.
