@TheBaddog666 you didn't read my post correctly and you may not know that a reaction-less drive actually does what most people think an anti gravity drive does. The pancakes in this video are just repulsers that work similar to a mag lev train. The concept of operation would assume some kind of field repulsion effect that would probably move the air and anything that was nearby but they can't lift higher than a few feet off the surface whereas the drive I suggested can move anywhere in space.

Those roads provide them with the needed power, or possibly even the repulsion itself, while the presented vehicle has it's own power source. It's capable of working both on roads and off roads. This vehicle would be more sophisticated, and as a result, more expensive.

All that and much more spells havoc and houndreds of dead in a day just becouse there are no rules to guide people, and everyone would think they have the adventage over the other drivers. I am sorry if I couldn't express exactly what I mean, but in general if there are hovering cars and other vehicles in the future it would be safer to have some guidelines in their path.
