@killerwave1234 This is because it uses the right technique. Legs pulled up to the shoulders, do not throw back spin, the rotation is due to the feet and the press, not the throwing back of the body. Compare with other videos, such as

its plyo, much different from sprung. The thing about joe that beats all others he can jump high, but also has the ability to time his rotation just right. I think the key to this is we need to learn to bring our hips up and then tuck instead of leaving our legs down and tucking around that, really try to knee the hell outta yourself when you go to tuck. Imma test it tomorrow and see what happens xD
