I went there its pretty cool. It sucks that it was only about 10 minutes in the tunnel and maybe 3 of actual hovering.

(1) Why do we love flying?

(2) What are the enjoyment and fun of indoor sky diving comparing with that of commercial jet flying?

(3) Whay do we want to imagine that we can fly like a bird?

(4) How does indoor sky diving promote personally well-being (emotionally and physically)?

@applesweeter 1. Because we are unnaturally able to do it. 2. Safety. 3. Because we see the bird fly, and see it's freedom it has during travel. We are explorers by nature, and no better way than to fly over it all.

4. It looks like good exercise, which the body needs to feel good, and I guess the sense of flying/floating or falling even brings that sensation to your body. And being able to achieve all the above is pretty stimulating to your emotions!

@applesweeter Well look at it this way, when there are fewer risks, you are able to put the fears aside. No fun with fears I guess you could say? Some people live off of that fear, or that adrenaline rush, sometimes to the point of carelessness.

I've never been indoor or outdoor skydiving. I got invited to go and so I agreed, no way would I do the real thing, just too much risk. Also being 1st time, an instructor is recommended because you won't know the feel of it to control yourself at first.

Althought indoor sky diving has centatin degree of risk, it is much safer than outdoor sky diving, isn't it?

Iv'e been here twice Flyaway In Pigeonforge Tennessee and might I say, best time of my life. Although its 35$ and if you go with a few ppl you only get about 5 mins of fly time BUT totally worth it!! ^^

and how many jumps do you have? don't forget that free flying was started in that facility's sister tunnel. so, no, maybe they haven't done any skydives (in awhile) but it is kinda funny that they revamped an entire sport. Maybe you should stick to what you know. Just sayin.

by increasing or decreasing your wind-resistance...the smaller you make your frame, the lower you go. Just like pencil-diving vs. belly flopping in a pool.
