@sergio73192 I can give you a ballpark... for a fully built motor with all the bells and whistles like that able to push 600+ WHP after parts, Labor, and tuning costs you looking at close to if not over 10 Thousand bucks.

My step brother runs a subaru shop and just for a fully built motor labor and tuning is over 6K.

Let alone the crazy maintenance costs and repairs involved in keeping a 600HP car running. My STI is pushing around 400WHP and even that is a pain to keep running perfectly

Great stuff as usual Al. I just was thinking tho, why dont you go for an external fuel pumping system? I think in the long run it will save you these headaches even if you put an external booster pump, that should solve any fueling issues you might have. and its alot easier to work on than having an intank pumping system. Goodluck and keep bringing us these great videos

Al, what's your base fuel pressure set to? If its too high at base, it'll fall off at the top end pretty quick. I would try a bosch 044 fuel pump and a surge tank after the double pumpers. Thanks again for the great vids!!

Nice diagnosing Al. I always put my camera to use for diagnoses also, it makes it much easier to find stuff or monitor things. that is a LOT of WHP for just 24psi.... damn

@tscompusa ... psi isnt making the power , the turbos cfm is , along with the engines afr . and psi is only relevant when knowing all the turbo specs along with engine specs . just saying if your actually trying to calculate the shit ya know lol

@Red97Avenger ya i know. Its a larger turbo, so its going to flow more airflow with less boost. but still 24psi on a 2.5L motor making close to 600whp is impressive. The spool still remains decent even. Im guessing its atleast a 75lb/min turbo.
