hey scott my names ryan and i was wondering if you'd take a look at my javelin video.. it's of me throwing last year as a sophomore in highschool. i have the strength and control of my jav, but i have no footwork and threw 195 feet.. or 60 meters.. so if you could look and give me some type of guidance, such as some type of footwork layout, that would be awesome. thanks
