@shazwaniish I felt really sore afterwards, which I don't always at my other class. I definitely think it works, you just have to keep going even when it hurts so bad you want to just take stop a second so your legs stop shaking. Making the commitment makes all the difference! If you feel like it didn't do enough for you, I would do it more than once, and alternate with her other exercises :D

Just letting ya guys know I saw results in a week. I did them everyday & my butt & thighs are NOTICEABLY thinner! Even my calves are slimmer!!!!!!!!

It burns but it works more than yoga has been recently. I think I just needed the change and the more physically demanding to really feel it. Thanks Cassey, you're whippin' me into shape!

when i lift my one leg on the second work out it really hurts my back and a stuggle to support myself, anything you can recomentd as a substitute to this move?
