  • My third time doing this workout. I thought I was in good shap but holding my legs at 90 for very long is so hard for me! Really kicks my butt:)

  • It was a good workout, as all your videos are, however... The title is really misleading. I was trying to focus solely on my legs today. I felt most of the burn in other parts of my body, not my legs.

  • ok =] I am pleased to tell you that thanks to this workout, and of course a cleaner diet, my impossible lower belly pooch has disapeared!!! the best part? it's only been like 2 weeks. also, my legs are leaner and longer. I feel so very thankful. this channel is the best! =D

  • @shazwaniish I felt really sore afterwards, which I don't always at my other class. I definitely think it works, you just have to keep going even when it hurts so bad you want to just take stop a second so your legs stop shaking. Making the commitment makes all the difference! If you feel like it didn't do enough for you, I would do it more than once, and alternate with her other exercises :D

  • Just letting ya guys know I saw results in a week. I did them everyday & my butt & thighs are NOTICEABLY thinner! Even my calves are slimmer!!!!!!!!

  • It burns but it works more than yoga has been recently. I think I just needed the change and the more physically demanding to really feel it. Thanks Cassey, you're whippin' me into shape!
