@radarada1q Well Orochimaru wasn't really sick, he just needed a cure for his arms but he was still a formidable opponent in battle as he held his own in battle against Naruto, Yamato AND Sakura. But its only because Sasuke had sharingan that he got beaten.

Itachi wanted himself to get beaten he never intended on killing Sasuke.

Deidara was just arrogant and wanted revenge to kill Sasuke because of Itachi.

Danzo was Sasuke's strongest opponent, he was never sick he was just shit strong.
