First of all, ice your shins. Then be sure not to overdo your sprinting volume. And you may want to have your feet checked. If you over pronate your feet, an insert or special sneaker may be helpful.
Hey John, great warm up, this really helped me out with my sprints a good deal. However man, I keep noticing that my shins feel beaten up, even early on with my sprints. Is it a matter of getting my calves more warmed up, get new shoes, or better technique? When I run I usually try to land flat footed or on my toes. Anyway, what can I do to decrease the pain in my shins?
