Yea Savior is NOT out of the msl. The loser's and final match are just played a few weeks after the initial games.

Additionally, Canata has not ever won a starleague. I think Klazart might have been confusing him with Casy.

The first scourge i saw was past the 17 minute mark. And instead of building defiler after defiler, how about a single mutalisk to kill off the plagued sci vessels?

Commentary was great though. Quite a comeback only to lose it in the end.

greater spire+defiler den+losing expos+rebuilding expos=losing combo. he tried to do too many things at once and just couldnt hold off Canata's repeatative assaults.

The guardians actually took out about 3 supply depots a a couple of turrets, forced the terran to get a wraith. Not bad for three guardians. I think the real problem was simply not defending and consolidating. And another really big problem was letting the science vessel fleet build up.

Yeah, Klazart tends to do that a lot lately. He takes a break from Starcraft for a while, fails to keep up on new rules, formats, maps, players, and players' records, and all of this is painfully obvious in his latest commentaries. It's too bad because otherwise he's a good commentator.

I really don't know why pro gamers go guardians. They're soooo easily counterable, it's really NOT worth the effort (resources). Maybe on an island map, but going 3 or 5 vs a terran who has startport it's a no-no.

Guardians should only used as a surprise, or in GREAT (read huge) numbers and with anti-air support.

Savior should have just gone all-in with Mutaling. Canata had one weakness after destroying Savior, which was that he had a late Engineering Bay and therefore few turrets and late +1 weapons, and the late vessels.

If Savior had immediately researched air carapace +1 and committed to all-in mutaling he would have likely broken Canata's front door.

Savior now comes back in about a week to play GoGo.

But true, Savior made 2 big errors. First not expecting the medic marine build (= 1 sunken for vulture) , second was being too aggresive after he got the upperhand back. He could still win after he lost his natural..
