Guys if u have the vile lair expansion go to the room with the obelisk and water turn to ur left and go to what looks like a place that u could get gold and silvr it should say pureblood salts take it then go to the obelisk and click on it it will say r u sure u want to heal ur vampirism click yes and look at ur player u should be cured

Well, actually, you need to join the dark brotherhood, perhaps also do all vicentes quests, and then ask about vampire curing - then you go to castle...skingrad? and go to a witch, and give her soulstones and some ingredients and poof you got a cure. not hard if you know how to duplicate.

If you guys didn't like to kill your brotherhood, just resurrect them after u completed the mision.
