they don't like rich minerals, but magnesium, iron calcium and i forgot the last one they also like sand, clay, peat, for drainage an depends to what u r planting . europeans can stand cold winters and hybrids usually don't

Short but pointless. If you are going to show people how to plant grapes, then, show them how to plant grapes. Show them how to train plants on a trellis, etc...
