I would tell you, Mr. CWWilken or Wilcenc that you wouldn't say these things if the victim was your sister. But because I have very strong feelings about who you are, if it was your sister, incest charges could be filed as well (since I beleive that no other than Ginsburg himself would defend so strongly.)

The lawsuit claims their first sexual encounter took place on Dec. 13, 1999. As she studied to become a rabbi and continued to go to him for counseling, the sexual relationship continued through April 15, 2002 the lawsuit claims.
Ginsburg . Ginsburg apologized "for an admittedly regrettable incident." The synagogue's board of directors said the rabbi "frankly acknowledged his errors in judgment and expressed his profound and deeply felt apologies."
