  • i am wondering what is that sparkly glue? is it nails product?

  • @PhilipYeung123

Its exactly that, some kids glue with some glitter paper in it.

After it dries, the glitter paper sets on the surface.

Then use some epoxy on top of it and its done :D

Did you catch trout with the poopers?

  • wow that wood is soft

  • @HotLoverYogy69

Yes its a very soft and light wood.

  • where did you get the wood you used for the head

  • @yomamma2224

In a architectural model supplies shop. Or in model airplanes. Shops like that.

  • what did you use for the white in the eyes?

  • @brp403

    White Nail Polish :D

  • Oeh shiny <3 very nice

  • @deadbane

    Thanks :b

  • Oh, ok. :)

  • nice fly

  • @johndeereboy508

    Thanks :D

  • Does the glitter glue stay on in the water?

  • @youngoutdoorsman2001

I cover the entire body of the popper with 5 minutes epoxy, so its not even a issue.

But i dont think this type of glitter will hold in the water. :D

  • what tools do you use to cut and shape the body of the fly?

  • A x-acto blade and sand paper. The balsa wood its a very soft wood.

  • what kind of glue did you use????

  • Its a 5 minute epoxy.

  • that seems like alot of work to make the popper. why not use foam or pre made bodies?

  • Its not that much work, and after you get the hang of it, its actually realy fast. And it gives me more satisfaction them buying the pre made bodies.

    You should try it :D

  • nice ones !

  • Wow another awsome popper man you kick but at making them. Those things are great.

  • Thanks, hope it helps.
