I got to the theater about halfway through this performance, and I know it was hilarious, but I have no idea in hell as to why the person filming this keeps focusing on the darkness behind the audience.
It's because as each cast member performed, they did their thing in the center aisle. (Our cast camera seems to like to record stuff a bit darker than it actually appears.) If I had been focusing on the stage it'd be a very boring five minutes of just whoever the three on stage were ad libbing. And that's how the spanish inquisitors won the war against drugs.
