A non-racist black could be doing it to raise the collective esteem of blacks. Also, a non-racist black might be thinking that much time will pass before another black president is elected, so might as well strive for a re-election of the first black president. Racist, not necessarily, but it is very stupid and shallow way to go about voting for a president.

I agree with Joe HIcks. I think there is a higher percentage of racist blacks than racist whites. I believe everyone should be treated equally before the law and should be judged equally by the culture. It's simply not right that Tom Joyner can say "vote for Obama cuz he's black" but Rush Limbaugh cannot say "Vote for Rick Perry cuz he's white." This is not what Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass, and Martin Luther King Jr. fought for.

The majority of racists are black? 40 years ago I would have strongly challenged that statement. Today however, I wonder if it could not in fact be true. With whites becoming less racist due much to the popularity of black music and culture today you would think that racial divides would be diminishing.
