you can go back to the vault 101. you must get near to the vault 101 and open your radio there is a one new radiochannel, choose it the task begins. if it does not begin. dunno...

Alright I have been reading the comments and so far I learned if you leave vault 101 then theres a quest where you come back there so you can still get the bobble head...? Plus I have 2 saves one is right before you blow up megaton on the balcony and the other is after so can I just go back to the save on the balcony and still get all bobble heads?? please message me.

Good strategy - Get broken steel- Get the almost perfect perk at level 30 (raises or LOWERS all special stats to 9) and get all bobbleheads :D perfect char!

Well the more notable way to see it is you look up to the skies. An alien figter will come crashing down, exploding in mid air. Search the area around the place where it blew up and you'll have it.

Keep in mind its a RANDOM EVENT, the higher Luck, the more likely you are to get the event. Dont just go around looking into the skies. It doesnt work that way. You will hear a loud bang and then the sky will light up. You can tell its the Firelance coming unless you go looking down on your feet all day. Good luck mate!

Also I belive the Firelance and 12 (or 24) rounds of it will be spread out in a large area when this happens, to see the ammo clearly I reccomend waiting until its night.

Tenpenny tower, in my opinion, is not better than Megaton. Megaton got ALOAD of Caps in it (nearly 2,000), all locked up in containers or secret strashes. Besides blowing up an armsdealer is pretty damned stupid in my opinion. You'll need alot of ammo in the beginning and Tenpenny tower simply doesnt have enough. Also who told you Tenpenny tower was better than Megaton?

Since you've helped me a lot! I found out something about this game i never hear nobody talk about! It works on ps3 and 360, It takes a keyboard to do this and the keyboard must have F1 through F9, on ps3 and 360 version you only have save and auto save, plug keyboard in and press F5 you have Quick save and it take excatly 1.0 seconds to save!

And F9, it quickly reloads last Quick save! It is very useful when you jump from very high places and you can Quick save(F5), then press(F9), to reload and you willland without hurting your self! it takes reload 1.1 seconds to reload then when you load manualy by using the pause button! I figure this out last night! It is way better if you get in a jam just use Quick save for every lock box, speech, or ETC! I recommend it! Oh I also found out how to get TPand MEGTON house in the same PT time!

They add more points in Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck. I think it improves your character in a way. For example, with more strength, you will be able to knock down an enemy faster if you understand me.

Strength increases the amount of stuff you can carry and melee/unarmed damage. Agility improves sneak, and a few other things. You can look at the S.P.E.C.I.A.L section in your Pip-boy if you want to know everything the stats do, but i know Charisma helps Speech and Barter, Luck increases the chance of killing things in vats at a distance, and Perception helps with Lockpicking, Energy weapons, and exploves and also helps to show enemies earlier on your compass.
