The lady screaming is Scarlet getting massacred by that dude with the glasses (oh you guys know the scarlet boss) ! The second one is Judge Halloway choking Nora ( I think her name is nora (Asphyxia is in a gas chamber CHOKING!)) Go for it! The SH1,2,3 are best but this game is a lot scrier and better than many other horror wannables. A quality game. Buy the PS3 version if you have the both consoles.

Also, the Silent Hill 8(coming soon..Maybe 2011/2012) is going to be like SH2 and a lot creepier!

I think Silent Hill was so successful as a horror game series since it didn't just throw demons at you, it also had psychological aspects to heighten the tension before things start getting more intense so you never know when you're attacked.

Dang.... Konami screwed up big with this and shattered memories, I think I know why.... in the older games it was so dark and so unexplainable that it just blew the newer ones out of the park.... now in the 20th century they decide to make a bright light silent hill game that just looks so explainable that it just ruins it. My overall point... they need to get some old ideas, or at least use less res. graphics.
