This girl is exceptional and comparisons elsewhere to Joss Stone or Katie Melua (!) are insulting. She is up there with Shania Twain in "technique" but with far more depth, In fact, forget comparisons. This is a voice to break your heart. She explodes in the emotional centre like a hand-grenade. I would call this genre Country/Soul, but whatever, I think she is world-class and sings from a place most of 'em don't even know exists.
