i guess its due to my retardness, but i can't stand these tutorials as they never disclose all the necessary information.

what type of file does this code go in ? i assume a .php

When i create a php in dreamweaver .. there is all head and body crap .. i just delete all that ?

when i put in the code, i'm asked to make a testing server ? what the hell is that ?

as such, this tutorial is not informative at all. any help please ?
