very nice, but we would like to release it with subtitles in Spanish, for the people of South America, to understand these lessons, which is very important. Thanks and blessings.
Great video. Many good concepts are emphasized. I really agree on the fact that they always emphasize good sound which I think is the absolute most important thing in trumpet playing. Thank you guys for this video.
Excellent video. I am a 64 yr-old comeback player. I have made great progress since I picked up the horn again 2 years ago, but I can't afford to take more lessons now. This is REALLY, helpfull - a lot of tips I didn't know. Thank you so much for serviing your country this way!
thanks for posting this video. My range went from a c above the staff to a g 3 octaves above the staff in just my freshman year of high school!!! again thanks for posting this video.
This entire series is absolutely amazing! I used to play very well but am picking up my trumpet again after twenty years and find I sound horrible and have no range.
that was all fine and great stuff but where was the real upper register exercises and endurance becomes another thing what's you are playing up there all the time. Anyone know any good videos or books on playing above a high C to double C.
3:32 sounds a little sharp.

For any kids watching this: Range should be secondary to Tone
If you can hit a Double G but sound like crap, it doesn't mean anything.
Tone first, ALWAYS.

I heard that if you play with a smiling mouth position, it weakens your lips. Is that true?

I really like this lesson, but I am having trouble with the low F note on the 7:25 crescendo.

try pressing down all valves, it's easier or harder, depending on your trumpet.

I've been playing trumpet for 10 years and I want to join the Army Band so badly, but my parents will hate me if I go.

They will hate you for 5 minutes and then realize how you have grown as a soldier/ musician. Do it!

Play Arban's and Clarke exercises up an octave, or sometimes up 2 octaves, if you need to.
