I 'm proud that The Witcher is a polish game . ^^

It has good story and it is funny . The characters have their own different "identity" (you know what i mean ) . This game is based on Andrzej Sapkowski fantasy books about Witcher(Geralt ) . I don't know how good is the translation into English but in Polish it has got very nice "sharp " old language . The dialogues are really great.

It's a fairly simple to explain. All you need is a computer, and a microphone. You get a free program such as Audacity, which is free and open source. And set it to record, you simply have your microphone plugged in, hit record, and record your topic. You then save it in a desired format, WAV, MP3 etc... and upload it to a website or Itunes (itunes has rules) then people can download and listen at leisure.

If you would be interested, I would love to help you get set up. There is a lot of info.

I like steam because i don't have to keep changing the cds whenever i want to play a game. I bought a few games the the store a while back, and the cd key for crysis was in the case, on the shelf! You could just walk in, grab the cd key and walk out, download the game, get a no-cd crack and play online like you own the game! That's why I like steam. If i bought a game in the store, and the cd key was already registered what could i do?

Playing Witcher for the last day, after the DL from steam that was 17 GIGS!! I like the layout of the game, and it reminds me a lot of KOTOR. You can really feel the biosoft influence in the game, but its really good. I like the poker part also, thats a hell of a good way to make a ton of gold. Quicksave before gambling, bet everything and reload if you happen to lose. Great game, and good recommendation Mordeth.

As I've commented in the first part of this video, the game is based on a fantasy novel by Andrzej Sapkowski, and the book attached to the box version of the game is the very part of the saga. By the way, the intro to the game is exactly the same story as the one in an attached book

Again, I really recommend checking out the saga. It goes by the same title as the game - The Witcher and has been written by Andrzej Sapkowski. Original is in Polish but it has been translated to lots of languages.

I talked to some friends I know who play Fallout 3, Team Fortress (which isn't in the category), Oblivion, CoH, etc. and asked them what they felt about this game. They're more mainstream so they're opinion was it was an alright game (they hadn't actually played, just read about it).
