  • I understand the concept of the sling, but I do have one question. In a "tactical situation" would it be easier to fumble with getting a clip on my left arm into the sling, or to just lift the rifle with my right hand, twist my left arm through the sling, and be ready to go. That's how I've been using slings for shooting stability. It is quick, easy, and you can do it with any sling to give you stability while standing/kneeling. I will give it some credit though, it looks very well built.

  • @atommg05 The idea is to be able to use the sling when you have the opportunity. Obviously if you're in a sticky situation you most likely wont have the time to do this proper method, or your hasty sling method either. Using the loop is a proven method that provides great stability in every position other than offhand. Even at the range, if you're practicing different positions you can't go wrong with a good sling.
