XD now IM thinking about it and...the best thing i can think to argue that with is; there are still monkeys for the same reason that there are a variety of different species of ,lets say, cats. From lions to cougars to panthers to leopards to the ordinary house cat (A BUNDLE of different types of house cats even that can look EXTREMELY strange!), the fact still remains that they are all related. Though they appear significantly different. Get it?

One day, one of these beetles hatches from its egg and due to a mutation, is grass green. Suddenly, this beetle has a HUGE lifespan advantage over the other beetles, as it can blend in. This beetle then has a child with the same trait. Then that one does and so on. See what I mean?
