if they make you pay for it, and if it include the manga and Anime storyline, they will get sued, unless one, they get a license to sell stuff, and if they get a share of the copyright held by Musashi Kimimoto, basically, this is gonna sink as soon as it arrives :/ which will probably be in 3-4 years time XD, still i would love this project to come about, but im affraid all the hard work will get shot down in the end :(
