i have the first two rows done and i have the bottom 4 corners done and in the right position yet the two outer pieces for the bottom layer on the green side lets say is a green sticker then a red sticker. i cant seem to solve that problem. any ideas as to why?

there must have been something you didn't put in this tut because I did it all and its almost solved but at the end I have an edge piece that in the right place but the colors are reversed. All the other sides are solved but its alway this edge piece I can't solve.

@Darkkeyblade2501 You're right. I didn't give any mention to that possibility. Your cube, once upon a time, fell apart, or maybe just one piece fell out. Edges can only be incorrectly oriented in multiples of 2. It might feel like cheating, but the only way to solve your cube is to take that piece out and flip it over. You have what is called an "illegal" or "impossible" case that has resulted from incorrect re-assembly. After that you won't run into the problem again.

@kingbitbit2 Ohh and if the edges need to be flipped to match their center hold the one that needs flipped towards you. Twist the middle down twice. Next twice to the right. Then up twice to bring it back to the top.

@kingbitbit2 the cross is really ez. First you pick what color you want to have on top. Then put in it's four edges (randomely). This way you can see what other colors are conected to your top color. Next find out which of those colors are side by side, and put them in the right place.

And move Top of the cube left, right side of cube move in possition of your body, move top right and front of the cube move left and all you have to do is do the same on every side of cube :D I hope it helps...
