  • Absolute genius!

  • 24 carry 2 he was 68 pigeon legs tall.

    Hahahaha he cracks me up.

  • Comic God. The Count Rules.

  • Great to discover that Audrey Hepburn and Felicity Kendal were two of Henry VIII's eight wives!

  • sunbeam11 : I had no idea You were World Dictator? Apparently you add

clairvoyance to whatever other talents you possess.......

I, on the other hand, am delighted to see, in the flesh, a fellow member of the aristocracy doing his bit to lift our spirits!

I agree with the other devotees: "Count Arthur Strong - the musical?" is a must see! The 'Count' is on top form - aided and abetted by the wonderful Malcolm,

    played by Terry Kilkelly.

  • Horniman museum!!

  • So much funnier if you shut your eyes. I either do that or don't watch the screen. I know what the count looks like and this isn't him. I don't know why Delaney does these video versions, they simply waste the material which works best with the mind's eye not the tv's

  • "Clean Cleopatras noodle..

    Classic!

  • The jury had gone against the script.

    Fantarstic.

  • You sure do know a lot about Egyptology, your a true exbert on the subject. I did read your article in the Pigeon fanciers weekly about King Settee of Egypt and how he built the pyramids for just tuppence a day. Ha you can't get a good builder for that these days. Anyhoows, I am using your great knowledge of Egypt, of which I have studded for many ears now, for my A levels and am sure to become an geart exspert like yourselves. TY

  • what is radio show series 2 like compared to series 1? Im gonna buy it anyway when it is out, just wondered because I missed it when it was on air. I love listening to the first one and it's great to actually see the legend on video too! Thankyou. ...I was in nottingham, having a sherry, and all these russians wouldn't shut up ha ha ha

  • Series 2 is an absolute riot. Even funnier than Series 1, as was his live 'Musical'. What a legend =]

  • @hinin

Yes definitely! I finally bought it. What is his live 'Musical'? Looking forward to Series 3...

  • The Count is trying to fund a show based on his life and the audience are supposed to be investors. What it amounts to is a half-arsed, half-remembered performance with a bucket at the front of the stage to throw money in. Priceless, it was so funny it hurt.

  • Great post i missed 3 & 4. But nothing compares to his films Bridge up the river kwai (that won Oscars) DR nolittle and The man ... who ... had ...some ... shoes

Genius cant wait for series 3

  • It has uninspiralled me to attempt to write his autobiographically. My first meating with the Count has yet to happen, but when it does, I hope that he will endorse my biography licence and allow me full access to the Strong family archive (or was it beehive) can't remember. There should be a CAS appreciation society, I am sure a committee will come forward for election. I think he far too esteamed for a phanklub.

    Konphusedus

  • Genious! his radio shows are real gems too.

  • Adored Arthur, I demand more videos from you! How wonderful to be able to enjoy you from the comfort of my own bungalow house! For the uninitiated amongst you: Count Arthur Strong is the greatest comedy genius of the age! Buy Count Arthur's Radio Show cd, and dig yourself out of the "slough of despond". Cheaper and more effective than Psychoanalysis!
