  • Fascinating, Dr. Marunde. Fascinating indeed. Thanks for sharing! The time lag to get a foreclosed home back on the MLS market is striking. It is curious how that will work into the general real estate sales recovery. At any rate, I greatly enjoy your real estate videos and tutorials if you will, and shall now proceed to part two of thw Foreclosure Series (as I just watched part 1)! :)
