Well two things. One the lonesome drifter was born in Montana. Second it's implied that the mysterious stranger is the father. And the fallout three character was called the lone wanderer. So they can't be related. The lonesome drifter is also only seventeen. The lone wanderer was nineteen

It's the Courier who thinks that the Drifter is 17, because, if you have the "Lady Killer" perk, is afraid that he might be the father.

The Drifter tells the Courier he's not 17, he's 28.

@GCRG2009 Miss Fortune rarely kills your enemies, it's only when they're almost dead, that she can do it. The difference between her and the Mysterious Stranger is that she cripples multiple enemies in multiple places and knocks them down.

thats just the way i think it goes i never actually had either of the perks.
