For general windows and surface cleaning I know people will dilute to 50% with water (or even 80% water-to-vinegar in some cases)
I use 100% vinegar in the kitchen because I'm looking for maximum germ-killing strength : ) Vinegar is great because I can use it on my vegitables, cutting board, counter tops, stove - whatever... and don't have to worry about food contamination. We also use bleach for heavy cleaning - But only 100% vinegar touches my cutlery, cutting board and food containers.
Now that is a nice phat azz... Smack it.
