you are interesting , i am a 3rd yr medical student from russia , really wish to meet u someday if i got the chance . I have been to US for several times , mainly for vacations . Do you know if there any chances for a foreign medical student like me to learn something regrading medicine in US , what I mean as in maybe some practicals , warding , anything which is related to this field .
You're very logical aren't you (hence why you're in medical school), I am also going to have a guess that you're proficient (exceptionally good) in mathematics. How much introspection do you do Mr...USmedstudent.
All these comments are irrelevant at this stage. This video usually has nothing to do with people who haven't applied yet or want to go to medical schoool. Take your MCATs, apply, then you can worry about this video. Not silly questions about courses to take and GPAs.
Finding myself to be following your videos recently. Keep up the good work. (I'm still trying to read the scientific paper on Vitamin D deficiency. So much jargon...)
I wish you were my doctor (or my boyfriend- did I just say that out loud?). Thanks for your videos. I now know how to recognize a stroke. How cool is that?
Thank you btw. I want you to know that these videos that you put up are very helpful to me and everyone that I share them to. I'm part of the Student Health Professions Association at my college as the Medical chair and whenever you put these videos up, I show them to my fellow members. Great job and I hope to be as helpful as you are when I eventually become a medical student. Take care.
This is interesting, I've never actually thought about the question "how do people experience you (or me, rather)?" This is very helpful because when I'm going to medical school interviews in the future, hopefully, I'd want to be confident in knowing that I portray myself the way that I am. I don't know how people portray me, or experience me. I'll try recording myself, it's interesting to find out how i'm like.
I got to uc berkeley right now and I'm hoping to get into medical school. Things aren't looking on the up and up right now but your videos help me out here and there. thanks.
@thegreatsebabo, i know multiple people that entered MD and DO schools with less than a 3.3 GPA. Just need to compensate with a good MCAT score and amazing letters of rec
Can you please explain why do patients show those stroke symptoms? For example, why their face drop or their go downward? thanks a lot

What classes in college sould you take to get in to med school?
Gargastick101 2 years ago
You must take the required pre-med courses.
The major that you intend to take does not matter as long as you take required pre-req courses.
livebelow16 2 years ago
@Gargastick101 Biology, Chemistry, Physics courses, etc are the basics

@Gargastick101

Oh I can identify with that, they taped my presentations and somehow, most of the time, it looks less cooler than what you had in mind ;)
