I've been looking for a Data/Market Analyst position for 10 years. A recruiter from ACCU Temp. Serv. found a wonderful position for me. My job is to package printers in the shipping department at Okidata. Folks, do not spend waste your time and $ for resume. e saying about resumes is this: Resumes are tools to help employers eliminate "candidates". what I mean by this is that if you have a typo. If your objective is not right.....the resume goes into an employer's "circular file". I mean if you don't have what they are looking for, your personality doesn't even shine through on resumes so its best to call the HR-hiring manager before even sending a resume. If you can't do that, make sure to do your homework before even sending a resume out.

as a HR Director, along time ago, i needed a real image type for a great sales trainee job, a dream job,,,,,i called all the best looking resumes and the people behind the res,,,,,were ZEROES,,,real dorks,,,,,then i picked the worst wrinkledm coffee stained, ciagarette stained, crappy format braindead resume's GUESS WHAT,,, the people behind the shitty resumes WERE IN REAL LIFE.....WINNERS.....sometimes realilty is counterintuitive!

First I will tell you that I am not an employer so I am not exactly a specialist on the matter; I think you should try to write, what is called, a "targeted" resume. This means that you adapt your resume to the position, which you have applied to.
