This is the song that was playing when I had to watch a dear friend pass away from overdose cos the ambulance was not so fast enough. 15 yrs later I'm working at HQ overseas and I had to save a woman from killing herself thru nonstop drinking . After all, about 11 pm this was the song that witnessed the doctor calling me to inform that her condition was under control. She lived for another week , she had advanced state of cancer but at least her parents got to see her for the last time.
Geez 16 years... I remember hearing about them because Morrissey really like their music... I checked out the album and saw them live in NYC completely blown away! Gosh I felt so much in those days... so very much.
I know! Those were the days, when if you wanted live music from your favourite bands you had to hunt down bootlegs and just hope that the quality was good!

my girlfriend passed away from lung cancer aged 30 to this song. so sad yet beautiful
