You Can Pre-Order at Gamestop but you can also get it early from your local seller just like the Mercenaries 3D. By the time you pick up your Gamestop Pre-order just return the game in a different day so you'll get your money back and also get the Case for Free. I did it with Driver Renegade 3D. I got the Cup but I returned the game to a different Gamestop for full refund
