There is no indication whether or not the horse died. Horses very often lie very still waiting to be freed from a tangle. This is obviously a very bad accident, but to call the drivers such names is horrible - I feel the problem lay with the design of the obstacle. It appeared the horse just didn't quite turn and miss the barrel, then the barrel was caught beneath the wheels. A barrel should not be used in a water obstacle.

I can try to translate:the problem is the missery running at lipica stud farm. People working there are not rightly schooled, horses not trained enought end well. The Rep of Slovenia doesn't show enought interest for problems and preservation of the Lipizzans and the antique stud farm The responsible person of this accident is still there, working every day and has never had to respond for. this is the 3 accident.

Unskilled driver??? Not at this level of CDE. The cart hit something in the water and the cart tipped. Carriages are notoriously unstable and it takes very litte to flip one. You may be upset about the death of the horse but I can guarantee you that the owner, drive and navigator would have been one hell of a lot more devistated.
