Also to throw out the fact that near the end of aquinas' life he threw all his books in the fire yelling "its all just straw" after having an encounter with God. Theology is nonsense we are called to love everyone including those who would do evil to us and our loved ones.

should we feel sorry for all those Jewish soldiers of the past? Aren't they "sons of God" Oh wait Jesus came to change the way which once was acceptable. No, come to think of it, Jesus came to save us from hell, and not to "abolish war."
War is NOT ALWAYS for the sake of "justice/revenge" war can be for REASONING sake. Allow the enemy to REASON out it's costs NOW, rather than be shocked in death at old age.
