As you are obviously, implying, Bin Laden's Al Qaeda was NOT the only group capable of the 9/11 attacks.

I lay awake unable to sleep the night of 9/11 BECAUSE I could see how EASY it would be to keep repeating it over and over again, wtih variations. It was very EASY to pull off. And very hard to prevent.

You have to remember that Al Qaeda means "THE BASE." OBL's goal was to train MANY groups, and have MULTIPLE groups attacking the West, not just him alone. He was SHOWING how to do it!
