  • I HAD ONE, AND WOULD BYE ANOTHER LIKE A SHOT. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THERE IS ONE FOR SALE????

  • @margatelad They are great fun! I restored one myself. You can see videos of it if you search for Microcars under ADMIRALSCORNER i would suuest you join the Owners Club and get their magazine where some for sale do appear from time to time.

  • esta padrisimo!!

  • how the hell did they breathe

  • @xhomeboy333 Ha Ha! Bubblecars werent made to the same precision as moderm cars so air got in around the large door seal and under the canvas roof cover. That could roll completely open if required. There were also opening triangular windows on both sides. Normally they only carried two poeple plus a child.

  • rare fuckin thing looks like a smart car

  • @dmc081 A Smart is a modern version of a Microcar. The Heinkel was a similar class of car that was popular in the 1960s. Like the Smart It was cheaper to run than a normal car and more convenient than a motorcycle

  • Here in Brazil we had a similar car called "Romi Isetta", powered by BMW, from 1957 to 1960.

  • Hi, nice to hear from you. We had the Isetta in the UK too. Have a look at my video titled BERNARDS BUBBLES-ISETTAS. Also i hear BMW are to bring out a new car which they are to call Isetta!

  • It always puzzled me how you got in and out of the back of a Heinkel, now I know, you fold the front seat and crawl over it. Fabulous car!

  • Yes all part of the fun! Not so funny however when the kids have muddy shoes!

  • ok how much would that cost me if i wanted to buy one?

  • That all depends on what state you would want to buy one in! I bought the one i owned for around £600 but i had to work on it for a couple of yours to get it roadworthy and reliable. One in that state now could be about £4000 I would think but the market is always changing. Join the Owners Club to get all the latest info.Enter HEINKEL TROJAN OWNERS CLUB in a search engine to find them..

  • just imagine, you pack everyone in then 5 minutes down the road, "allright, who's farted?" lucky you have the folding roof!

  • Someone really should start (re)producing Heinkel Trojans again. Not only do they look fun and friendly but also the current situation regarding parking and traffic in big cities nowadays shows that small sizes do matter.

    Nice vid!

  • That would be good! I restored one a few years back and it is still a very practical car for the modern world.

  • @archietherobot they should also start producing the bmw isetta again, and that car would be so smashed together! I'm sick just thinking about being that little boy. Other than that, awesome car.

  • thanks! If the Germans today can make the 900pound Loremo,I bet with todays engines we could get 100mpg.I hope.We coul sure use a car like this around town.

  • is there a back seat?how fast can it go?what sort ofgas mileage do you get at 50mph?HP?I love it!seems like an Isetta made perfect!

  • Yes,there is room for two children behind the front bench seat. it does about 45 mph in comfort. 50 if you push it hard!the one I had only did about 50 Uk Miles per gallon, but some owners claim more! If you want to read more about the Heinkel and lots of other microcars may I direct you to my Book about them? See my Youtube video clip titled

    CLASSIC SCOOTERS AND MICROCARS.

  • i could live in one.

  • wicked..I had one of these in the 60's turn the steering 1/4 of a degree and it shot of at 45 degrees, good fun though, pulled my first girl in one of these, sadly it turned over when it touched a curb on a left turn..

  • Its a Trojan 200.

  • What the hell is that?

    Cool.

  • Looks like an Isetta.
