Thats because it is shit , as I said , i edited this in about 1 hour then rendered it about twice an the gameplay was before the game came out in about 4 hours and I couldnt even get used to the game . But this was the best for its time (When Quickjoes stuff were out) and for the time it was done in you cant expect much ...

It's not sped up, thats just sleight of hand pro, witch makes you aim down the sight/scope faster
