If the different races all arose by evolution then there would have to have been very many intermediary types marking out the gradual racial diversification. But the human fossil record contains no evidence whatsoever of these intermediary types. Where there should be an abundance of evidence there is in fact practically nothing but a great blank.

@bikini1212 The duffy positive antigen further proves this. 99% of asians and 100% of whites are duffy antigen positive. Almost no blacks have the DARC receptor. The lack of a DARC receptor makes you less susceptible to malaria, and more susceptible to HIV (though they have slower progression due to higher exposure) . Simply put, anyone with the DARC receptor originating from Africa most likely would have died before ever making it out.

@politicoochie09 continued...And we DO have plentiful evidence...for the neanderthals! Their remains have turned up in abundance, in striking contrast to those of our own homo sapiens ancestors. One would have thought that the dry soil of East Africa, where our primitive ancestors are SUPPOSED to have begun, was far better suited to preservation than the damp soil of Europe where hundreds of neanderthals have been found.

I do not mind being part Neanderthal, in fact I am proud of it. The Neanderthal thrived in one of the toughest climatical periods in Europe and the Middle East for thousands upon thousands of years. I believe that had it not been for the inter breeding with The Neanderthals then modern humans would never have reached Asia, America and Australia...their genes toughend us up. I am glad that they did not completly die out!

As far as I am aware no DNA evidence has ever been found to indicate that homo erectus and homo sapiens ever intermingled. And yes, many of their fossils have been found over a wide area, which makes it all the more baffling that so few homo sapiens fossils have been found prior to c. 50, 000 years ago.

It is curious how the various races of humankind seem to have popped into existence fully formed. If the different races all arose by evolution then there would have to have been very many intermediary types marking out the gradual racial diversification. But the human fossil record contains no evidence whatsoever of these intermediary types. Where there should be an abundance of evidence there is in fact practically nothing but a great blank.

@atticana It's easier to trace the lineage of a lesser species like the horse because it is not as complex as the human, and it hasn't (comparatively) changed as much over time as the human has. Primate lineage is a more complex problem with more complex answers. You're trying to compare apples to pomegranates.

@atticana I don't think you understand the process. All theories begin with suppositions. And over the course of time are debatable, of course. That's why it's called a "theory." The facts are added as the research is done and the theory is either amended or discarded. Again, we wait for the facts. It's it actually YOU that brought up a very subjective proposition first by saying that since there is not enough evidence so far, it must all be false. Now THAT'S someone ignoring the facts!
